Pink menu for Women’s Day

There’s no political meaning (not anymore at least for me) in this Day, no demonstration of being super powerful gender. it’s just an occasion to celebrate friendship.

The more I grow, the more I find fantastic ladies to share my life with.

I’ve had some bad working experiences with women, but most of the times having close women in my life provides me a great sense of understanding, compassion and appreciation.

There’s no much time left for us, so deeply involved as we are are in our lives. That’s why any occasion is a good occasion to celebrate and enjoy!

Find here below the recipe of a delicious strawberry mousse:

Ingredients:
500 gr. fresh strawberries, plus extra  for garnish
200 gr. sugar

1 l. heavy whipping cream
19 gr. fish glue

Directions:

Soak the sheets in cold water for 15 minutes.
Puree the strawberries in a food processor.  Drain the sheets gelatine and dissolve the softened sheets into the pureed strawberries, add the powdered sugar, and mix thoroughly.
Whip the cream but not completely and gently fold into the strawberry mixture. Pour into a mold and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Remove from mold, and garnish with cleaned and sweetened sliced strawberries.
